The property is a former winery located in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens within the Great Saint-Emilion area. The wine cellars were converted to a house in the 80s, then in early 2000 further construction work on the building had been conducted leading to the opening of the Cabadentra Bed & Breakfast in 2004.
